Ginelle Curincita is a Latina entrepreneur with experience in the areas of higher education, diversity and inclusion, and small business development. Ginelle’s passion for helping others began during her work advising students at UC Berkeley. During her tenure there, she worked at the Centers for Educational Equity and Excellence where she oversaw and administered federal need-based grant funds. Her collective experiences in helping individuals led her to launch OroMar Consulting in order to help small businesses owners. During the Covid pandemic, Ginelle was active in deploying relief funding for small business owners; she continues to champion the creation and growth of small business owners so they can create a legacy of success in their respective communities.
